Returns & Exchanges
At QUOKKA, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off Your Return
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend keeping your receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
